Best Airline of 2008

Singapore Airlines was declared as the best Skytrax Airline of the Year title in the latest "World Airline Awards" said Edward Plaisted (CEO of Skytrax).

I saw this killer machine on my last visit to RAF museum. It was also called as the Wooden Wonder during WWII and was used in variety of roles including fighter-bomber, anti-shipping strikes,and attacks on U-boats using a 57mm anti-tank gun. ( Check 'My Videos' for a clip on this plane.)

Beijing International Airport

I was lucky enough to actually see this airport right before my IInd year in the university started. According to Wikipedia it is currently the largest airport building ever built by man. I can't wait to see what extravagant and mind-bending designs architects will come up with for the next generation of airports.
